Cascadia works with property owners, real estate brokers, developers and contractors to provide architectural services, engineering, construction, complete planning, design and construction. By providing architectural services and then following through with the construction, Cascadia is able to use their intimate knowledge of the design and plans throughout the construction process. This reduces the chance of oversight or misinterpretation of construction aspects, while saving time and money for our clients.

Rather than applying a standardized housing model, the intent is to create a home that responds directly to its context—both in terms of site conditions and the way the space will be used on a daily basis. Careful consideration is given to spatial relationships, natural light, circulation, and long-term functionality.
